Jazmin and Leandra, the owners of Nimble & Finn's, peek out from behind two of their handmade ice cream cakes

Nimble & Finn's Handmade Ice Cream

Leandra and Jazmin, the sisters behind Nimble & Finn's, find inspiration for their innovative handmade ice cream at local farmers markets.  They use organic dairy from Straus Creamery, seasonal produce, and housemade jams, cakes, and candy in their inspired takes on classic flavors.

Our Story

Back in 2012, Jazmin turned her background as a baker and her passion for ice cream into a new career.  She named her fledgling business after her two childrens' nicknames and started visiting local farmers markets with one pushcart freezer filled with old-fashioned artisanal ice cream.  The response was immediate and enthusiastic, and Jazmin quickly had more work than she could handle alone so she roped her sister Leandra into the business with promises of endless creamy desserts.  Soon they were bringing their cart to weddings, parties, and winery events all over Sonoma County and winning gold medals at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair for their handcrafted ice cream.  Three years and more than 150 unique flavors later (not to mention two more kids between them!), and Leandra and Jazmin opened their first scoop shop in the beautiful Guerneville Bank Club in weird and wonderful Guerneville. A second shop in the historic Railroad Square district of Santa Rosa followed, where the sisters could expand upon their love of ice cream and offer ice cream cocktails and ice cream cakes in addition to scooped ice cream.
